It's getting worse. Now, it doesn't even get to cache optimalization. It says "update failed" and when I try to close the error window the new error pops up that says something like "Evolution Engine stopped working". The game acts very strange. I've tried to reinstall. The 1st time after reinstall - BSOD as before. The 2nd time - "Evolution Engine stopped working" but after clicking OK two times the game started and everything looks ok.

I hope it won't try to optimize or verify itself because both of these options always cause BSOD. For me, it clearly shows that something is wrong with the launcher not the game. If the launcher lets the game start there are no further problems. Forever, I hope. In the end, after all other errors, I get blue screen, the Windows error. My guess is that it may have something to do with the amount of RAM you have.

I've got twice as much, and it nearly crashed my computer anyway. I don't have any problems with other programs. Even Warframe was working perfectly fine till update As I wrote optimization was already broken in I don't have fixed amount of virtual memory.

It's up to the Windows. They use any amount they need. The game uses about 1,,8gb plus system uses about mb so I don't really need more RAM. I'm pretty sure it's not about RAM. How much the game uses is fairly irrelevant to the launcher's download cache optimization process. I can't say anything about the crashing or the 'Update failed' bits, but a massive slowdown during the optimization process is normal and nothing to get too horribly upset about.

Great question! Unfortunately, their is no way to add a file on Etsy that is over 20MB. What I do is sign up for Google Dropbox, upload the file their, and create a downloadable link. I then upload a message on Etsy download section, saying use this link to download your purchase.

If you're using a font in your design, be sure to merge the letters and expand them into a shape. If you don't merge the font, each shape will be it's own cut file. I cannot imagine that I will ever come home for a homecoming game after I leave here, but it was fun to pretend that I was. And Sam God, college is such a trial. My professor is making me read twenty-seven books this weekend, and my girlfr needs me to paint signs for her protest rally Tuesday.

Let those administrators know we mean business. Dad is busy with his golf swing, and Mom has her hands full with tennis. We must do this again. I would stay, 19 but I have to pick my sister up from her emotional workshop.

Sam said that she used to go out with Dave for a while before she got into punk music, and Patrick said he heard about that party. When the police came, they found my brother asleep on the roof. Nobody knows how he got there. My sister was making out in the laundry room with some senior. She was a freshman at the time.

A lot of parents came to the house then to pick up their kids, and a lot of the girls were crying and throwing up. Most of the boys had run away by this point. The boy named Dave is a senior now. He plays on the football team.

He is a wide receiver. I watched the end of the game when Dave caught a touchdown thrown from Brad. It ended up winning the game for our school. And people went crazy in the stands because we won the game. But all I could think about was that party.

I thought about it quiet for a long time, then I looked over to Sam. She then explained about all the things you have to go through to prove it, especially in high school when the boy and girl are popular and still in love. The next day at the homecoming dance, I saw them dancing together. Dave and his girl. And I got really mad.

It kind of scared me how mad I got. I thought about walking up to Dave and really hurting him like maybe I should have really hurt Sean. And I think I would have, but Sam saw me and put her arm around my shoulder like she does. I think I would have gotten even madder about that. Sam knew which was his car.

Sam loves her pickup truck because I think it reminds her of her dad. The feeling I had happened when Sam told Patrick to find a station on the radio. And he kept getting commercials. And commercials. And then more commercials. And finally he found this really amazing song about this boy, and we all got quiet. Sam tapped her hand on the steering wheel. Patrick held his hand outside the car and made air waves.

And I just sat between them. After the song finished, I said something. Because the song was that great and because we all really paid attention to it. Five minutes of a lifetime were truly spent, and we felt young in a good way. We got to the house where the party was, and Patrick did this secret knock. It would be hard to describe to you this knock without sound.

The door opened a crack, and this guy with frizzy hair looked out at us. Then, Sam and Bob hugged each other. Then, Sam spoke. Bob hugged me! The party was in the basement of this house. The room was quite smoky, and the kids were much older. There were two girls showing each other their tattoos and belly button rings. Seniors, I think. This guy named Fritz something was eating a lot of Twinkies. Bob went up to the kitchen when he heard the bell ring. There was Maggie, who needed to use the bathroom.

And there was Brad, the quarterback of the high school football team. No kidding! Everyone was very friendly to me and asked me a lot of questions about myself. Some of the questions I was asked was what grade I was in and what did I want to be when I grow up. Thank you. Since you are older, I think you know what kind of brownie it was. After thirty minutes, the room started to slip away from me. Sam got some ice cream and some milk and a blender. I asked her where the bathroom was, and she pointed around the corner almost like it was her house. I think she and Patrick spent a lot of time here when Bob was still in high school. When I got out of the bathroom, I heard a noise in the room where we left our coats. I opened the door, and I saw Patrick kissing Brad.

It was a stolen type of kissing. They heard me in the door and turned around. Patrick spoke first. He put his hands on both of my shoulders and looked me straight in the eye.

Sam is making me a milkshake. This will be our little secret. I have to say that it was the best milkshake I ever had in my life. It was so delicious, it almost 24 scared me.

Before we left the party, Sam played me a few of her favorite songs. I mentioned the titles because they were as great when I listened to them sober. Another interesting thing happened at the party before we left.

Patrick came downstairs. I guess Brad had left. And Patrick smiled. And Bob started to make fun of him having a crush on the quarterback. And Patrick smiled more. I was sitting on the floor of a basement of my first real party between Sam and Patrick, and I remembered that Sam introduced me as her friend to Bob.

And I remembered that Patrick had done the same for Brad. And I started to cry. And nobody in that room looked at me weird for doing it. And then I really started to cry. Bob raised his drink and asked everyone to do the same.

Especially Sam. Especially her. I did notice that Brad and Patrick never talked once during the whole dance because Brad was off dancing with a cheerleader named Nancy, who is his girlfr. Patrick was driving this time. Sam then climbed in the back of the pickup, wearing nothing but her dance dress.

She told Patrick to drive, and he got this smile on his face. I guess they had done this before. Anyway, Patrick started driving really fast, and just before we got to the tunnel, Sam stood up, and the wind turned her dress into ocean waves. I see her at lunch sometimes, smoking between Patrick and Sam. Her name is Mary Elizabeth. Mary Elizabeth told me that the thing about Zen is that it makes you connected to everything in the world. You are part of the trees and the grass and the dogs. Things like that. So, I guess Zen is a day like this when you are part of the air and remember things.

One thing I remember is that the kids used to play a game. What you would do is take a football or something, and one person would have it, and all the other kids would try to tackle that kid. And then whoever got the ball next would run around with it, and the kids would try to tackle him.

This could go on for hours. I never really understood the point of this game, but my brother loved it. When they were both juniors, Patrick and Brad were at a party together with the rest of the popular kids. Patrick actually used to be popular before Sam bought him some good music. Patrick and Brad both got pretty drunk at this party.

Actually, Patrick said that Brad was pretending to be a lot drunker than he really was. They were sitting in the basement with some girl named Heather, and when she left to go to the bathroom, Brad and Patrick were left alone. Patrick said it was uncomfortable and exciting for both of them.

Never sicker. And they ended up fooling around right there in the basement. Patrick said it was like the weight of the whole world left both their shoulders. But Monday in school, Brad kept saying the same thing. He said it a few times to the same people. He even said it to Patrick. Nobody saw Patrick and Brad fool around, but Brad kept saying it anyway. That Friday, there was another party. And this time, Patrick and Brad got stoned although Patrick said that Brad was pretending to be a lot more stoned than he really was.

And they ended up fooling around again. And Monday in school, Brad did the same thing. It got to a point where Brad was getting stoned or drunk before school. And it was hard, too, because Patrick really liked Brad. Brad showed up, which caused quite a stir because he was popular, but Patrick kept a secret as to why Brad came to the party. They had sex for the first time that night. When they were finished, Brad started to cry really hard.

He had been drinking a lot. And getting really really stoned. No matter what Patrick did, Brad kept crying. He was also crying pretty bad, and he decided if anyone asked him, he would say his eyes were red from smoking pot. Finally, he shook himself out of it and walked into the main party room. He acted really drunk.

He went to Sam. Then, she spoke up to the party. Neither did anybody else. Except the people who knew. When the school year started, Brad avoided Patrick a lot. He never went to the same parties as Patrick or anything until a little over a month ago. He told me that my sense of language is improving along with my sentence structure. The grades on these papers are just between us. I have decided that maybe I want to write when I grow up.

I think I would probably just ask for their autograph for my mom or something. I would probably get fired for doing this. So, I thought about maybe writing for a newspaper instead because I could ask regular people questions, but my sister says that newspapers always lie. Mary Elizabeth is in charge of it, just like she is in charge of the local Rocky Horror Picture Show showings. I told her not to say anything like that about my sister again. Patrick and Sam took me to the theater to see it on Halloween night.

Also, people shout at the movie on cue. I am really trying not to think of her that way, which is becoming increasingly difficult. To tell you the truth, I love Sam. I just look at her sometimes, and I think she is the prettiest and nicest person in the whole world. She is also very smart and fun. Now we will talk about the definitions of the term tourism. There have been a number of attempts to define tourism since the beginning of the twentieth century.

This was approved by United Nations Statistical Commission in its twenty-seventh session held from 22 February to 3 March As Per WTO Tourism comprises the activities of persons travelling to and staying in places outside their usual environment for not more than one consecutive year for leisure, business and other purposes. It varies from at least 40 kms to at least kms away from home one way for any purpose other than commuting to work.

Five main characteristics of tourism may be identified from the definition 1. Tourism arises from a movement of people to, and their stay in, various destinations. There are two elements in all tourism: the journey to the destination and the stay including activities at the destination. The journey and the stay take place outside the usual place of residence and work, so that tourism gives rise to activities, which are distinct from those of the resident and the working population of the places, through which the tourist travels and in which they stay.

The movement to destinations is of temporary, short-term character, with the intention of returning to the usual environment within a few days, weeks or months. Destinations are visited for purposes other than taking up permanent residence or employment remunerated from within the places visited. After defining the term tourism we would here like to bring out the differences between the words. Travel and Tourism. All tourism includes some travel, but not all travel is tourism. A person may often travel for a wide variety of purposes of which tourism is only one. However if properly handled, a part of the travel for non tourism purposes can be motivated into travel for tourism as an additional purpose.

For example a person on a journey as a part of employment to a place with one or more tourist attractions —like a spot of scenic beauty or historical significance, a pilgrimage, a lake, etc. Some of the characteristics that distinguish tourism from travel are: Tourism is: 1. Temporary, to distinguish it from the permanent travel of the tramp and nomad 2.

Voluntary, to distinguish it from the forced travel of the exile and refugee 3. Round up, to distinguish it from the one-way journey of the migrant 4. When gypsies go from one destination to another, is that covered under travel or tourism? If Mr. Ravi, working in a software company in Delhi, is transferred to Bangalore would it be covered under travel or tourism? Ravi, who is transferred to Bangalore from Delhi, decides to go for a weekend to see the temples in Mysore would it be travel or tourism?

Based on the various definitions of a Tourist here are some of the characteristics of a Tourist 1. He takes up his journey of his own free will. He takes up the journey primarily in search of enjoyment. The money spent on the visit is the money derived from home, not money earned in the places of visit. He finally returns to his original starting point. We now proceed to discuss the definition of Tourist as given by WTO.

But since WTO considers a tourist a type of a Visitor. We will first discuss the definition of a Visitor. The term includes two types of visitors: 1. Tourist — Is a temporary visitor staying for a period of at least 24 hours in the country visited and the purpose of whose journey can be classified under one of the following heads : a Leisure recreation, holiday, health, study, religion and sport b Business, family, mission, meeting.

However persons belonging to the following categories are not considered as tourists: i Persons arriving with or without a contract to take up an occupation or engage in any business activity in that country. Excursionist—is a temporary visitor staying for a period of less than 24hours in the country visited.

Including travellers on the cruises. The drawback of the definition of a Visitor as per WTO is that it does not talk about the Visits made within the country. For these purposes a distinction is drawn between a Domestic and an International Visitor. Domestic Visitor-A person who travels within the country he is residing in, outside the place of his usual environment for a period not exceeding 12 months.

International Visitor —A person who travels to a country other than the one in which he has his usual residence for a period not exceeding 12 months. After we have discussed the definition of a visitor, tourist, and excursionist as per WTO and made a distinction between a Domestic and an International Visitor, we now come to definitions used in India for the purpose of collecting tourism statistics.

From amongst the persons listed below who all are included in the definition of a Tourist? Chand, a resident of Delhi goes for a two-day conference to Hyderabad b Ms. Rina, a resident of Mumbai goes for a heart transplant to America c Ms. Mina, a resident of Delhi takes a flight for America and the flight has a stopover of 36 hours in Singapore. Is she a tourist in Singapore? Definitions followed in India In relation to the definitions provided by the WTO, those followed in India are different in some ways.

International Visitor- has been defined as a person holding a foreign passport, visiting the country and the main purpose of whose visit is other than the exercise of an activity remunerated from within the country visited. The following are not regarded as foreign tourists i Persons arriving with or without contract to take up an occupation or engage in activities remunerated from within the country.

Excursionist- he is a visitor staying less than 24 hours in the country including cruise passengers. Cruise Passenger- he is a visitor who arrives in the country aboard cruise ships and who does not spend a night in an accommodation establishment in the country. Here we observe that as per the Indian definition, a traveller must hold a foreign passport to be included in the category of an International Visitor; this implies that Indians settled abroad and holding Indian Passports will not be counted as International Visitors when they come to India for recreation, business or other such purposes.

However, nonetheless they are counted as Domestic Visitors and so here we see that categorisation is based on nationality rather than place of residence. Rohit, an Indian goes to work in America and after five months he comes to India and visits the Jagannath Temple in Orissa. As per the Indian definition is he an International Tourist?

From this we understand that in the present scenario tourism is considered a service industry, and this industry is the highest foreign exchange earner and employment generator. It is therefore very important to have proper planning and management of this industry and thereby arises the need and the importance of tourism statistics. We have read also in this lesson, the definition of Tourism, Tourist, Excursionist and the forms of tourism as given by WTO and also the definitions followed in India.

Finally, a variety of cultural features-ways of life, folklore, artistic expressions, etc. Accessibility It is a means by which a tourist can reach the area where attractions are located. Tourist attractions of whatever type would be of little importance if their locations are inaccessible by the normal means of transport.

A Tourist in order to get to his destination needs some mode of transport. This mode may be a motor car, a coach, an aeroplane, a ship or a train which enables him to reach his predetermined destination.

If tourist destinations are located at places where no transport can reach or where there are inadequate transport facilities, they become of little value. The tourist attractions, which are located near the tourist-generating markets and are linked by a network of efficient means of transport, receive the maximum number of tourists. Longer distances cost much more in the way of expenses on travel as compared to short distances.

An example can be that of India. About two and a half million tourist arrivals for a country of the size of India may look rather unimpressive.

It costs a visitor from these countries, quite a substantial amount, to visit India for a holiday. Easy accessibility, thus is a key factor for the growth and development of tourist movements. Accommodation The accommodation and other facilities complement the attractions.

Accommodation plays a central role and is very basic to tourist destinations. World Tourism Organization in its definition of a tourist has stated that he must spend at least one night in the destination visited, to qualify as a tourist. This presupposes availability of some kind of accommodation. There has been a decline in the use of boarding houses and small private hotels.

Larger hotels are increasing their share of holiday trade, especially in big metropolitan areas and popular spots. In more traditional holiday and sea-side resorts in Europe and elsewhere, big hotels are keeping their share of holiday resorts. In recent years, some changes have been reflected in the type of accommodation.

There has been an increasing demand for more non- traditional and informal types of accommodation. The latest trends in accommodation are holiday villages.

In recent years there has been an increase in the popularity of such accommodation. Accommodation may in itself be an important tourist attraction.
